Palatine Police Share Donation Dates For PPE, Other Supplies
The police department said if you would like to make a donation but can't do so during the below times, please call 847-359-9000.
PALATINE, IL — If you or someone you know has personal protective equipment and anti-bacterial supplies they'd like to donate, the Palatine Police Department will be accepting donations of PPE and anti-bacterial cleaning supplies, wipes, gels, sprays and related items during the following days and times:
- 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 7
- 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, April 9
- 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 14
- 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, April 16
The Palatine Police Department said anyone interested in donating during the above times may do so by ringing the intercom speaker on the front door of the Palatine Police station. They will then be instructed to meet an officer at a south side door (Mariano’s side).
The police department said if you would like to make a donation but can't do so during the above times, please call 847-359-9000 and the police department will make arrangements.

The Village of Palatine said they are appreciative of all the donations, no matter how small.

On Friday, the police department shared their thanks to several local groups for donations, including the Koval Distillery (sanitizer), Township High School District 211 (goggles), Pep Boys (gloves), and Peppertree Farms Subdivision (lunch).
"We know we will have many more to thank in these upcoming weeks," officials said.
