Police: Man Charged With Taking Live Video Under Girl's Skirt

Juan Lara-Ramirez, 30 of Hoffman Esates is charged with videotaping underneath a girl's skirt at the Palatine Walmart, according to the Chicago Tribune.

A Hoffman Estates man is charged with unauthorized video recording and live video transmission of images from underneath an 8-year-old's skirt late last week, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The paper reports Juan Lara-Ramirez, 30, was held on $70,000 bail Sunday for the offense that occurred at the Palatine Walmart, 1555 N. Rand Road. Lara-Ramirez is set to be back in court Tuesday,
