Soccer City, Others Face $5 Million Lawsuit Brought by Lake Zurich Couple
The child of a Lake Zurich couple was seriously injured when a large gate/wall fell on him.
Palatine’s Soccer City, Arena Football League and the Chicago Rush are facing a $5 million lawsuit filed by Lake Zurich couple Lisa and Jeff Henderson in late July, according to the Journal and Topics.
The paper reports while their 5-year-old son Robbie watched the Chicago Rush practice at the facility, 545 S. Consumers Avenue, Palatine, a large gate/wall fall on the boy’s leg - causing serious, long-term injuries.
