2022-0540, Driving While License Suspended: On 02/16/22 at 06:56 am, deputies were dispatched to the area of Hillstone Rd. and Rocky Way in Oswego Township for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with Jessica Maloney, a 35-year-old female from the 3000 block of N. Francisco Ave. in Chicago. Jessica was cited for Driving While License Suspended and released on her own recognizance.

2022-0545, Aggravated Battery: On 02/16/22 at 2:10 pm, deputies responded to the Kendall County Jail for a report of a battery. The incident is under investigation.
2022-0548, ID Theft: On 02/16/22 at 6:30 pm, deputies responded to the Public Safety Center for a report of identity theft. The investigation is ongoing.
2022-0549, Driving While License Suspended: On 02/16/22 at 10:30 pm, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Weisbrook Dr. near Douglas Rd. in Oswego Township for a moving violation. The driver of the vehicle, Devin Vanagaitis, a 33-year-old male from the 2600 block of Indian Cliffs Ln. in Montgomery, was cited for driving on a suspended driver’s license. Vanagaitis was issued a recognizance bond and released.
2022-0550, Domestic Battery: On 02/16/22 at 10:45 pm, deputies responded to the 100 block of Hillstone Road in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. The investigation is ongoing.
