2022-0587, Operating a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration:  On 2/20/22 at 8:46 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 30 near Goodwin Drive, Oswego Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Frederick Ware, a 40-year-old male from the 2400 block of South Farnsworth Avenue in Aurora, was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.  Ware was issued a recognizance bond and released.

2022-0589, Driving While License Suspended:  On 2/20/22 at 10:57 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 30 near Fifth Street, Oswego Township. The driver, Juana Bueno-Barraza, a 46-year-old female from the 1400 block of E. Galena Boulevard in Aurora, was cited for driving with a suspended driver’s license, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, and no insurance. Bueno-Barraza was issued a recognizance bond and released.

2022-0596, Battery:  On 2/20/22 at 10:49 p.m., deputies responded to the 0 to 100 block of Sonora Drive, Oswego Township for a report of a battery.  The investigation is ongoing.

2022-0597, Domestic Battery:  On 2/21/22 at 12:58 a.m., deputies responded to the 0 to 100 block of Circle Drive West, Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery.  The investigation is ongoing. 

       The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
