John Jolly, 37, was wanted on three separate in-state failure to appear warrants, according to Yorkville police.

YORKVILLE, IL — A Yorkville man wanted on warrants out of DuPage County, DeKalb County and Aurora was arrested on May 28 after police were called to his home in the 500 block of Powers Court for a domestic incident report. Officers got to the home and learned the domestic incident involving 37-year-old John Jolly was verbal, and also learned during an investigation that Jolly was wanted on three separate failure to appear warrants — driving under the influence (DUI), drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespass to residence.

According to police, Jolly's in-state warrants were confirmed, and he was arrested. He posted bond and was released pending future court dates, according to the police report.
