8 Indicted In Motorcycle Gang Bust: Baltimore County Police

Members of a motorcycle club were indicted in Baltimore County after an investigation that spanned one month, police said.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Eight members of the Outlaw Motorcycle Gang were charged as the result of a monthlong investigation, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

Three "ghost guns" were among the 12 firearms seized during the probe, police said. Ghost guns are homemade weapons that do not have serial numbers, so they are untraceable.

  • Mitchell B. Frost, 33, of Nottingham
  • Tyler E. Dejonge, 32, of Middle River
  • Lawrence E. Sabin, 51, of Havre de Grace
  • Joseph R. Liggett, 31, of Marriottsville
  • Michail D. Nikolettos, 29, of Forest Hill

The Harford County Sheriff’s Office and Prince George’s County Police Department assisted the Baltimore County Police Department in the investigation, which officials said was funded by the Maryland Criminal Intelligence Network.

"The Maryland Criminal Intelligence Network is an example of the continued collaboration with our law enforcement partners throughout the State of Maryland,” said Police Chief Melissa Hyatt. “I applaud the members of the Baltimore County Police Department along with our law enforcement partners who worked tirelessly to remove these dangerous individuals from the community.”

Court records show the following charges against those named by police:

Grazuties, of the 3100 block of Edgewood Avenue in Parkville, was indicted on first-degree assault, theft, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and firearms charges, including possessing a firearm with a felony conviction.

Conley, of Lime Tree Way in Beltsville, was indicted on charges of first-degree assault, theft, robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery as well as firearms-related offenses.

Frost, of the 4400 block of Southfield Drive in Nottingham, was indicted on first-degree assault, theft, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit assault and firearms charges, including possessing a firearm with a felony conviction. He was also indicted on drug charges such as manufacturing drugs, possession with intent to distribute, possessing more than 10 grams of marijuana, illegal possession of ammunition and using a firearm in connection with drug trafficking. The drug offenses stemmed from activity in October, court records show.

Dejonge, of the 400 block of Middle River Road in Middle River, was indicted on first-degree assault, theft, robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and firearms charges.

Sabin, of the 100 block of Oneil Court in Havre de Grace, was indicted on first-degree assault, theft, robbery, armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit assault and firearms charges.

Liggett, of the 2500 block of Thompson Drive in Marriottsville, was indicted on first-degree assault, theft, robbery, armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit assault and firearms charges.

Nikolettos, of the 1900 block of Pimlico Street in Forest Hill, was indicted on first-degree assault, theft, robbery, armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit assault and firearms charges.

Most of the offenses dated from Sept. 29, court records showed.
