Man Dies In Rossville Boulevard Crash: Police

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A man died in a crash off Rossville Boulevard on Halloween, police said.

Roger Dyer, 25, of Winston Avenue, was killed when his car hit a tree, according to officials.

The crash occurred before 2 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 31, police said.

Dyer had been driving a 2012 Honda Accord south on Rossville Boulevard when his car went off the road and hit a tree past Stemmers Run Road, where officials reported he was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Baltimore County Police Department’s Crash Investigation Team is looking into the factors that caused the deadly crash.
