A message from ST. JOSEPH SCHOOL (FULLERTON)

Because so many teachers and students will be up late watching the Super Bowl on Sunday night, St. Joseph School, Fullerton, will open two hours late on Monday, February 4, 2013.  A flyer with more complete information was sent home with the students today.  Thank you for your understanding of the need for sleep for these children.

A notice on the school's online calendar confirmed the planned two-hour delay.

A parent, who declined to be identified, stated that the delay needlessly causes hardship for working parents.

As a policy, the school follows the weather-related closure and delay schedule announced by Baltimore County Public Schools. Any deviations from that schedule are announced to parents and publicized on the school's website.
