ARLINGTON, MA — The town has updated its coronavirus reporting to include number of deaths. There have been 13 deaths attributed to the coronavirus in Arlington, according to the latest numbers from the town.

Local health officials have to rely on notification from a family member, friend or funeral home to confirm a death, as the Massachusetts Department of Public Health does not provide that information to communities.

As of Friday, April 17, there were 112 positive cases of the coronavirus in Arlington.
