Hi Everyone.  This is Mayor Mike Cahill with a follow up message about the Route 1A Henry’s Market intersection road work.  Today, good progress was made paving the intersection.  The contractor was not, however, able to finish the work today and therefore will continue paving tomorrow.  Again, work will begin at 9 AM and continue until they hopefully finish this year’s paving work later in the afternoon.

As today, area businesses will be open tomorrow and anyone driving near or through the intersection should allow time for delays and detours.  While the intersection project will not be completed until next year, in the meantime this paving will ensure a good quality road surface throughout the winter.  Thank you for listening, thank you for your patience, and I hope you have a wonderful evening.
