Arrest Made In Murder Of Malden 18-Year-Old
An Everett man was arrested Tuesday and charged with the murder of Jaden Brito-White. Investigators are still looking for a second suspect.
MALDEN, MA — An Everett man has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Jaden Brito-White in late December. Sifeddine Rogadi, 20, was arrested Tuesday, the Middlesex District Attorney's office said. He is believed to be one of two men involved in the shooting on Bowdoin Street Dec. 29.
Investigators say Brito-White was standing outside his apartment building when two men came up and shot him. He was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds, where he was later pronounced dead.
Surveillance video from the area showed a Chevy Malibu with a distinct plate color in the area at the time of the shooting. Police seized the car as it was being driven by Rogadi and found a loaded 9-mm handgun that matched the type of gun used in the shooting, the DA's office said.

The serial number plate on the gun was blank, leading investigators to believe the weapon is a "ghost gun." These weapons are manufactured from firearm part kits, often lack identifying marks and are made to be untraceable, the DA said.
Based on the evidence and surveillance video from the area, investigators identified Rogadi as one of the men involved in the shooting, the DA's office said. He was arrested on charges of murder, armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery by discharge of a firearm, possession of a large capacity firearm and possession of ammunition.
