Malden Resident With Lifetime License Suspension Facing OUI Charges: Report

The woman crashed into another vehicle on a highway in Woburn.

MALDEN, MA — A resident with an apparent lifetime drivers license ban was arrested this week by State Police on multiple vehicle charges after an accident on Route 95 in Woburn, according to a report from the New Bedford Guide.

The woman, 59, was charged with her fourth offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor as well as a subsequent offense of driving with a suspended license.
Troopers responded to the scene in which the woman’s Dodge sedan had crashed into the back of a Honda minivan containing a family of four. The family reportedly did not suffer serious injuries.
