New Medford Teachers Contract Approved

The Medford School Committee approved a new teachers union contract for Medford Public Schools this week, one that will run through the end of the 2014-2015 school year.

The contract includes a new teacher evaluation system following state guidelines as well as 2 percent raises for each of the next two school years and a 1.25 percent raise in the middle of 2014-2015. - Jake O'Donnell
