Wednesday, Oct. 18

7:06 a.m.: Elizabeth P. O'Brien, 42, East Main Street, Marlborough, was arrested and charged on a warrant

10:06 a.m.: Fraud reported, RK Executive Center

11:27 a.m.: Harassment reported, 12 Tucker Ave.

11:52 a.m.: Vandalism, Marlborough Pleasant Realty Inc.

1:31 p.m.: Disturbance, Council on Aging

4:27 p.m.: Vandalism reported, 17 Fontaine St.

4:46 p.m.: Harassment order violation, 656 Bolton St.

5:05 p.m.: Disturbance, Lake Williams Condos

5:24 p.m.: Erratic operator reported on Simarano Drive. Kevin M. Falvey, 42 Oakdale Parkway, Hopedale, was arrested and charged with possession of an open container of alcohol, OUI (liquor) second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

5:45 p.m.: Disturbance, Brookside Apartments

9:34 p.m.: Larceny, 16 Bowstring Way

12:58 a.m.: Missing person, 40 Kevork Ave.

1:14 a.m.: Threats reported, Lake Williams Condos
