When is winter break? What other holidays do the students and teachers have? Here's a look at the winter season calendar.
MARLBOROUGH, MA—The kids and teachers are psyched. Parents, maybe not so much. But there are a number of calendar dates to note where school is out and the kids run free from classes.
Here are some notable dates on the Marlborough public schools calendar this winter:
- Nov. 22-24 - Thanksgiving break
- Dec. 25-Jan. 1 - Holiday recess (classes resume Jan. 2)
- Jan. 15 - No school, Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Jan. 16 - No school, professional development day
- Feb. 19 - No school, Presidents' Day
- Feb. 20-23 - winter recess (classes resume Feb. 26)
