Police Identify 77-Year-Old Man Killed In Medford Pedestrian Crash
The driver, identified as 18-year-old Everton Candido of Somerville, is expected to face charges for unlicensed operation.
MEDFORD, MA — The man who was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Medford Sunday night has been identified as 77-Year-Old Walter Wishoski of Malden, police said.
Emergency crews responded to the crash near 330 Middlesex Ave. around 6:50 p.m. Police found that the pedestrian was struck by a 2013 Ford Fiesta traveling northbound as he was crossing the road in a westerly direction.
Wishoski was taken to Mass General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
