City Hall is suggesting a schedule that staggers residents geographically in an effort to minimize wait times. The proposed schedule suggests residents of South Medford to visit the office during the weeks of Nov. 18 and 25, followed by those living in the vicinity of the Wellington and Glenwood neighborhoods the week of Dec. 2. West Medford residents would follow on the week of Dec.9, and lastly those who reside in the Northern part of the city would obtain their permits beginning on the week of Dec. 16.

City Hall emphasized that the schedule is solely a suggestion and not mandatory.
