MEDFORD, MA — A junior at Medford High School has been giving back to Middlesex County shelters through a non-profit organization called "Her Drive." For the past month, Melina McGovern has collected menstrual care, general hygiene products, vanity items and masks for area shelters.
The main shelters to receive these items are the Women's Lunch Place and MA Homeless. McGovern is still accepting donations through a Google form.
The deadline to donate is Jan. 28.
