Medford, MA -- Mayor Michael McGlynn cordially invites all city residents to attend the dedication of the Richard Lee Memorial Reading Room in honor of the former City Manager and Director of Budget and Personnel.The event is taking place on Monday, Dec. 14 at 6:30 p.m. at the Medford Public Library, at 111 High Street.In 2010, the longtime city employee passed away at age 58 following a two-year battle with pancreatic cancer.Lee exhibited great concern for the welfare of Medford residents and was committed to improving the quality of the city.
