Medford Mayor To Deliver State Of The City Address
City Council President Nicole Morell, School Committee Vice Chair Jenny Graham and Medford Poet Laureate Terry Carter will also speak.

MEDFORD, MA — Medford Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn will deliver her 2023 State of the City Address later this month at City Hall, city officials announced Thursday.
The event will take place in City Hall’s Council Chambers beginning at 6 p.m. Open to the public to attend in person, the speech will also be broadcast on Zoom and on Medford Community Media.
There will be light refreshments served after Lungo-Koehn's remarks.

Lungo-Koehn is planning to update community members on “current projects, upcoming plans and the city’s vision for the future,” as noted in last week’s announcement. Specific projects discussed will include projects regarding transportation, economic development, open space and recreation, among other things.
Lungo-Koehn will be joined in her remarks by City Council President Nicole Morell, School Committee Vice Chair Jenny Graham and Medford Poet Laureate Terry Carter, who will all also speak.

Lungo-Koehn was sworn in as Medford’s mayor in 2020 after close to 20 years on the City Council. She began her second term as mayor in 2022.
