Medford School Receives Grant To Improve Water Infrastructure
St. Raphael's Parish School has been in Medford for more than 60 years.
MEDFORD, MA — St. Raphael Parish School on 516 High St. is a recipient of a $9,000 grant from The Massachusetts Clean Water Trust’s Board of Trustees.
The amount makes up just one part of the $73,733,811 allocated by the Board in grants and loans with the purpose of helping municipalities build or replace water infrastructure that enhances ground and surface water resources, ensures the safety of drinking water, and protects public health.
St. Raphael’s grant is slated to be put toward three fixtures. The school that teaches preschool through eighth grade first opened in 1960.
