Noodles & Company Opens at Medford's Fellsway Plaza

Noodles & Company opened its sixth Massachusetts location Thursday at 491 Riverside Avenue in Medford. The new 2,500-square-foot eatery at the Fellsway Plaza is a “fast-casual” dining experience, according to the company.

Medford residents and other patrons will be able to choose from over 25 customizable dishes that are all prepared quickly and with quality ingredients. The restaurant holds 91 people, including an outdoor patio.

The company is known for its “real food, real cooking and real flavors.” They recently removed all artificial colors, flavors, sweetness and preservatives from their menu items. They also use naturally raised, hormone free meat and poultry, along with cage free eggs.

The first 50 guests to Noodles & Company will be given a free dish of their choice, including sweet and spicy Japanese Pan Noodles, zesty Pesto Cavatappi and the popular Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, as well as noodle-free options such as soups, salads, flatbreads and Buff Bowls.
