Owning a pet is a big responsibility - with big rewards. If you’re up to the task, this cat and dog – and many other furry friends - are waiting for you at Kitty Connection, a volunteer rescue organization that facilitates pet adoptions throughout Eastern Massachusetts.
Rusty
Three-year-old Rusty is a big, gentle kitty who loves being petted and will say so with his loud purr! He contracted Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) while wandering outside. Since it’s contagious to other cats, he needs to be an only-cat or live with other FeLV positive cats. While FeLV affects the immune system and might make Rusty more prone to getting sick, he can still live a long happy life. Rusty likes calm surroundings, so he’ll do best in a home without small children.

Roscoe
When a new baby came into Roscoe’s home, his owners decided they couldn’t keep this friendly, lovable guy. This five-year-old American bully breed pup needs a new family to share his favorite things: going for walks and snuggling on the couch. Roscoe is so well behaved his foster mom took him to work with her and he gets along well with other dogs. He just needs a second chance.
