Your One and Only

Yolanda and Lynx need forever homes!

Some cats like a crowd, but many are happiest as queen or king of the castle – the one and only who receives all the love and attention. Kitty Connection, a non-profit rescue organization that facilitates pet adoptions throughout Eastern Massachusetts, has both types of felines (and canines) for adoption, but these two cats are of the “just me” variety.

Yolanda

After recently delivering a litter of kittens, two-year-old Yolanda is ready for a peaceful space to relax, observe and stretch out. She’s fastidiously clean and quite affectionate once you earn her trust. She likes being petted around her head and neck and rolls over when she’s really happy. Yolanda isn’t into toys and doesn’t scratch the furniture. She’s a low-maintenance cat looking for a calm, respectful adopter to be her friend.

Lynx

Eight-year-old Lynx is a handsome boy who likes sitting in the window watching neighborhood dogs and squirrels when he’s calm, and running laps and vocalizing when he gets anxious (he sometimes wears a weighted vest to help him feel at ease). He is trim and athletic, has a healthy appetite and loves nothing more than lounging on laps and getting pets from his caregivers. He’s a love bug looking for a forever home – maybe yours!

Lynx and Yolanda are neutered and spayed, respectively, and current with their vaccines. To adopt them or other available pets, visit our website (www.kittyconnection.net) and send a pre-adoption application to kc@kittyconnection.net.
