Monday, Nov. 24
9:02 a.m. — Police responded to a report of threats made at Melrose Wakefield Hospital on 585 Lebanon St.
3:04 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a hit and run accident at Kennedy’s Ice Cream on 888 Main St.

Tuesday, Nov. 25
6:15 p.m. — Police responded to a report of larceny/forgery/fraud at Melrose Housing Authority on 910 Main St.
7:54 p.m. — Michael Cassinell, 47, of 17 Louis St., Chelsea, was arrested on the charges of possession of a Class B drug and an outstanding warrant after police made a motor vehicle stop on 401 Upham St.

Wednesday, Nov. 26
10:32 a.m. — Police responded to a report of harassment on 17 Rendall Place.
11:20 p.m. — Amy Lopes, 59, of 147 Pleasant St., was arrested on the charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, disturbing the peace, and threat to commit a crime after a report of a disturbance at her residence.
Friday, Nov. 28
9:07 a.m. — Police responded to a report of an auto theft from 35 Bellevue Ave.
2:06 p.m. — Police responded to a report of vandalism on 446 Lebanon St.
Saturday, Nov. 29
10:20 a.m. — Police conducted a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of 32 Cottage St. that resulted in a citation being issued.
1:55 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on 34 Linwood Ave.
Sunday, Nov. 30
4:14 p.m. — Alexander Malkki, 36, of 35 Bellevue Ave., will be summonsed on the charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, marked lanes violation, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding after police conducted a stop on 851 Main St.
