MELROSE, MA — City Hall is making a push for residents to renew their overnight parking permits for the next calendar year before they expire on Dec. 31.They can only be purchased in-person from the City Parking Clerk and Collector's Offices, which are located in City Hall. The city is encouraging those who are unable to renew their permits during normal business hours to contact the Melrose Parking Clerk at 781-979-4144 or <a href="mailto:parkingclerk@cityofmelrose.org" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">parkingclerk@cityofmelrose.org</a>. A copy of vehicle registration and proof of current Melrose residency will be required. Yearly permits are available for $120 Overnight parking on the street without a permit is prohibited.
