Every two years, the city of Somerville sends out surveys to a random sample of 5,000 residents asking them to rate their personal happiness, wellbeing, and satisfaction with city services to inform future decision making.
Participation is voluntary and all results are anonymous.

Somerville community members who received the survey are asked to complete it by Friday, June 30.
