Multiple grants total nearly $60,000.

SOMERVILLE, MA — Gov. Maura Healey and her administration announced $3 million in funding for transportation management associations throughout the state.
Assembly Square TMA is the recipient of two grants totaling nearly $260,000. The first grant, worth $232,650, is slated to be used for the creation of a bus-housing location as well as the installation of wayfinding signs and a kiosk that provides transportation and travel information. The second grant is worth $26,400 and will fund bike-safety events, guided bike rides, and facilitation of workers to use bicycles for their commutes.
