Concord Man Arrested on Multiple Charges in Sudbury

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Aug. 21 resulted in the arrest of a Concord man.

According to Sgt. James Espinosa, an officer on patrol on Concord Road pulled over a motorist at 4 p.m.

After an investigation was completed, Richard Warren, 60, whose address was listed as P.O. Box 1002, was arrested and charged with:

  • Expired inspection sticker;
  • Operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license;
  • Operation of unregistered or improper equipment.
His car was towed from the scene.

Warren was released at 6:44 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Aug. 22.
