Rhode Island Man Allegedly Takes Clothes Off, Charged With Open and Gross Lewdness

The following information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

Sudbury Police arrested a Rhode Island man on Boston Road after a group of people was reportedly causing a disturbance and the man allegedly removed his clothing.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, on Sunday, May 11, officers were called to 450 Boston Post Road at 4:01 p.m. for a group of three disorderly people. One man in the group had allegedly taken his clothes off.

Upon arrival, police spoke with the caller, who pointed out the man they said had removed his clothing.

Following the incident, police arrested Milton Thomas, 44, of 43 Factory Street, Providence, R.I.

Thomas was charged with open and gross lewdness and disorderly conduct, Grady said.

  • On Friday, May 9, police arrested Jerrison Avelar of 60 School Street, Hudson, on an outstanding warrant for failure to report to jury duty.
  • On Saturday, May 10, at 6:55 p.m., Sudbury Police arrested Calaudinel Almeida, 33, of 3 Grove Street, Hudson, for marked lanes violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
  • On Wednesday, May 14, at 9:21 p.m. police arrested Joshua Love of Sudbury on a warrant for operating after suspension.
