Sudbury Business Hosts Wellness Weekend Event
The event is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday throughout the day at Mama Ballroom.
A Sudbury mom and business owner is hosting a two-day event this weekend that focuses on fitness and wellness.
Mama Ballroom, owned by Monica Schauweker, is joining with H2K Fitness to host Wellness Weekend on Saturday and Sunday. The event combines shopping from local vendors and fitness, and also goes to a good cause.
On Saturday from 1:30-4 p.m. there will be a shopping expo, and the first 50 people in the door receive a swag bag of goodies. Form 4-6 p.m. there is a VIP party, hosted for the first 20 people who enrolled for the weekend pass.
Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. there will be breakout workshops, with lunch includes for participants.
Tickets cost $10 for the shopping event, $35 for shopping, a choice of two workshops and lunch, and $45 for the all access weekend pass. Five dollars of every ticket sale will be donated to the Sudbury Food Pantry.
