Proposals must be prepared in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of the U.S. Commerce Department under the Economic Development Administration, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the Town of Sudbury. All proposals must comply in all respects with the instructions, conditions, specifications, and other requirements in the Request for Proposals, which can be obtained from the Office of Planning and Community Development, Flynn Building.
