You Owe Money, Sudbury Properties: Tax Collector Notification

SUDBURY, MA—To protect the town's interest, Sudbury records and announces those properties of which tax liens are created due to unpaid property taxes.

By law, the town lists those properties in which tax liens must be paid off when the property is sold or transferred to a new owner.

Sudbury's collector of taxes Dennis Keohane recently submitted a public notification that on Friday, May 4, at noon, "It is my intention to take for Sudbury the following parcels of land for non-payment after demand, of the taxes due thereon, with interest and all incidental expenses and costs to the date of taking unless the same shall have been paid before that date."

The following were listed:

• ASCEND REALTY LLC, C/O 111 BPR LLC, BUILDING located at 111 BOSTON POST RD 213 in SUDBURY, shown on Assessor’s Map K1101000213, recorded at S. MIDDLESEX REGISTRY OF DEEDS – Certificate 64807-30, Book/Page 64807-305. Tax for FY-2016 $4,143.15.
• BROTHERS DENNIS & KAREN, LAND & BUILDING located at 253 GOODMANS HILL RD in SUDBURY, containing .921 ACRES shown on Assessor’s Map H090032, recorded at S. MIDDLESEX REGISTRY OF DEEDS – Certificate 35857-45, Book/Page 35857-451. Tax for FY-2016 $10,699.49.
