Men Rip Off Cell Phones from Watertown Store

Two men went into a cellular store in Watertown, and ran off with more than $2,000 worth of phones.

On July 16 at 3:15 p.m. police were informed of the theft from the AT&T One Solution Wireless store on Mt. Auburn Street, said Watertown Police Lt. Michael Lawn.

“The manager stated that two suspects grabbed phones, ripped the security cord out o the display and ran out of the business,” Lawn said. “They jumped over a wall by 7-Eleven and fled on foot.”

Each man took two phones, Lawn said, and they were worth a combined $2,289.
