1. There is a Special Town Council Meeting on Tuesday, July 30 where an informational presentation on the Mt. Auburn Street project will be presented. There will also be a discussion and action on plowing of private ways.
2. 'Tar Bone will be in concert at Saltonstall Park on Thursday, Aug. 1 at 6:30 p.m.
3. The Watertown School Committee is meeting Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Phillips Building, 30 Common St. to establish the new School Superintendent’s evaluation instrument.
4. The Watertown Free Public Library will have the Pumpernickel Puppets on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in which the puppets will bring the story of Sir George and the Dragon to life! For children entering grades K to 5.
5. Fridays at the Watertown Public Library are for electronic-less activities. So kids entering grades K to 5 can join the staff at 11 a.m. for some super-sized fun! Help move your team’s giant game piece around the “board” by trying your luck at some physical challenges.
