• Watertown Public Schools Awarded State Grant to Support Farm-to-School Program (watertownmanews.com) — Watertown Public Schools just secured more than $80,000 in state funding to grow its farm-to-school program and fully launch the new Freight Farm at Watertown High School. The grant will support a high-tech farming course, a dedicated farm manager, and expanded garden coordination, while boosting fresh produce for school cafeterias and donations to the Watertown Community Fridge at the public library.
