Country Stars Chris Stapleton, Lainey Wilson To Play Detroit Stadium Show

Stapleton is best known​ for songs like "Tennessee Whiskey" and "You Should Probably Leave."

DETROIT — The “Tennessee Whiskey” star Chris Stapleton will play a Detroit stadium show in 2026.

Stapleton will play Ford Field on Aug. 8, as part of his All-American Roadshow. He will be joined by country superstar Lainey Wilson. Singer Allen Stone will also be part of the show.

Tickets for the show go on sale via Ticketmaster at 10 a.m. Jan. 16, with pre-sales for Citi card holders, Verizon customers and members of Stapleton's fan club starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday.

The Ford Field show is one of nine stadium shows Stapleton plays to play on the tour.

Stapleton, who has won 40 combined honors from the Country Music Awards and the Academy of Country Music Awards, is best known for songs like "Tennessee Whiskey" and "You Should Probably Leave." His most recent album is 2023's "Higher."
