DETROIT — If you're planning to take your family to Ford Field for a Detroit Lions football game, be prepared to pay.

An Action Network study found that Ford Field is the second most expensive venue for families in 2025. Only Lincoln Financial Field, home of the Philadelphia Eagles, beat out the Lions.

To attend a Lions game in 2025, the study found that a family of four will pay roughly $2,053.53. The league average is $1,339.00, according to the study.

While the majority of the cost comes from tickets ($1,940.32), the study also found concessions were high, including roughly $25.46 for two beers, $9.57 for two soft drinks, $26.23 for four hot dogs and $51.95 for parking.

The cheapest Stubhub ticket to the Lions game Sunday against the Chicago Bears was $221 (standing room), while the most expensive was $1,474.

On the other hand, the study found that MetLife Stadium, home of the New York Jets, was the most affordable stadium for families. A family of four can attend a game at MetLife Stadium (Jets game) for roughly $555.94, according to the study.
