METRO DETROIT, MI — A 25-year old Westland man has been charged with dumping the body of a 23-year-old woman in a creek in Hines Park, according to authorities.
It's unclear how Olivia Rossi died, but police say she was at Anthony Kesteloot's house in the 29000 block of Manchester in Westland when she died. The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said they were acquainted with one another and he had picked her up in his truck that day.
Kesteloot is accused of later taking her body to Hines Park and dumping it into the creek. Her body was discovered Friday by officers. He is now charged with disinterment of a dead body, obstruction of justice, removing a dead body, failure to report a dead body and tampering with evidence in a criminal case, according to the WCPO.
