Rochester Hills Man Pleads Guilty To Sex Charges Involving 15-Year-Old Girl
Investigators said the man reached out to the teen through Instagram and convinced her to meet up multiple times for sex.
ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — A Rochester Hills man has pleaded guilty after officials said he used social media to lure a 15-year-old girl to meet up for sex.
Valor James Harrison, 22, pleaded guilty to charges of accosting a child for immoral purposes and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. He is expected to be sentenced on Jan. 30.
He faces up to two years in prison for fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and up to four years for accosting a child for immoral purposes.

In exchange for the plea, prosecutors dropped five counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Investigators said Harrison reached out to the teen through Instagram and convinced her to meet up multiple times for sex. They said the two did not know each other, but Harrison knew the girl was underage.
