Shoe Strings Contest: We've Got a Winner!

Jill Saputo is the winner of the .

Saputo won a $40 gift certificate to in Shelby Township.

More than 33 people entered the by posting in the comment section what their little tykes were most excited about for the new school year.

The winner was chosen at random, but by the sounds of it, Saputo could use a little shopping help to satisfy her daughter’s thirst for sparkly shoes.  Check out Saputo's comment:

"2 girls and 1 boy that LOVE♥LOVE♥LOVE♥ SHOES♥! I think they take after Mommy. These 3 sets of feet grow like weeds so we are always buying new shoes for these little piggy toes. My middle one, Ella, has been begging for Lelli Kelly shoes. She's a sparkle girl and would be so excited to pick a pair out. It would be like the "shoe fairy" left the gift card just for her:)
The girls are social butterflies and are so excited to see their friends at school. Ella is also can't wait to bring her lunch box to school."
