2 Women Report Purses Stolen at Trenton Athletic Club

Trenton police responded to two stolen purse reports at about 5:30 p.m. March 14 at the Trenton Athletic Club.

  • A 28-year-old Woodhaven woman told police she parked her 2012 Jeep station wagon in the parking lot at about 4:15 p.m. and went inside to work out. When she returned at about 5:15 p.m. someone had busted out the passenger side front and rear window and took her silver purse located on the rear passenger side floor. The purse contained a wallet, driver's license, credit card and debit card.
  • A Trenton woman told police she parked her 2007 GMC Yukon in the parking lot and went inside at about 4:15 p.m. to workout. When she returned at about 5:15 p.m. someone had busted out the rear window of her truck and took her black Coach purse located on the backseat. The purse contained a Coach wallet, Coach sun-glass case, Coach makeup case, driver's license and a gift card valued at $50.
