Local Scout Troop to Hold Pancake Breakfast During Boat Races at Elizabeth Park
Eat pancakes and sausage right on the Detroit River while watching racers prepare for PNC's Roar on the River from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. July 21 and 22 at Elizabeth Park.

Be careful not to get your sausage soggy at the annual pancake breakfast held by Trenton Boy Scout troop 1721 from 7 to 11 a.m. July 21 and 22 on the Detroit River at .
The event is held in conjunction with PNC's Roar on the River and race fans can enjoy pancakes, sausage, coffee, juice and milk while racers get prepared for the boat races.
Breakfast costs $6 for adults and $4 for children ages ten and under.

Troop 1721 uses the proceeds to offset the costs for awards and advancments, as well as purchase equipment and supplies used throughout the year, which enables the troop to have a low affordable registration fee, according to Troop Leader Jeff Lynch.
