Man Arrested, 3 Minors Cited at Trenton Fireworks

The following information was supplied by the Trenton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

A 31-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and three minors were cited for minor in possession of alcohol at about 9 p.m. at the at Wednesday night.

Trenton police said an event-goer reported to nearby officers that the man was harassing people in the park and told them where they could find him. Police said the man was obviously intoxicated and was asked to leave by the Downriver Party Patrol, who arrested him shortly after ejecting him from the event.

The man was held overnight at the Trenton Police Station. He was released from police custody Thursday morning on a personal bond and pending a warrant.

The three young men, all between the ages of 18 to 21 years old, were at the event with the 31-year-old man and were found to be in possession of alcohol.

The three men were cited and released.
