More Than $700 in Fishing Gear Stolen Out of Boat in Trenton

The following information was supplied by the Trenton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

A 21-year-old man reported his fishing gear stolen out of his boat at about 7:30 p.m. March 21.

The man said the boat was parked in a storage yard near the 1200 block of West Jefferson Ave.

  • Stainless steel propeller valued at $500
  • Fishing gear valued at $100
  • Fish fillet knife valued at $125

The owner of the storage lot was not on scene for questioning and there were no cameras at the lot, according to a Trenton police report.
