Uncle Sam Jam Features 80s Rockers Great White and Night Ranger

Woodhaven officials have landed two big 80s music acts to celebrate the 3rd annual Uncle Sam Jam July 13 through 15 in Civic Center Park.

The big weekend-long celebration will also have several local musicians and bands, attractions for the entire family, a carnival and much more.

Here's and idea what you can expect to find at the Uncle Sam Jam:

• Great White on Friday, July 13 at 10:30 p.m.
• Night Ranger on Saturday, July 14 at 10:30 p.m.
• Petting Zoo and Pony Rides
• Monster Truck Rides
• Family Fun Zone
• Amusement Rides & Games
• Micro Stock Car Racing
• Banana Derby
• Rock-n-Roll K-9s

Hours for the Uncle Sam Jam are:

• Friday, July 13 from 4:00 p.m. to midnight
• Saturday, July 14 from 11:00 a.m. to midnight
• Sunday, July 15 from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The free event also includes a fireworks show and a laser light show provided by ITC Laser Spectacular and sponsored by ITC Holdings for festival goers on Saturday night.
