Family say she may be without shoes and not dressed for the weather. Anyone who spots her or has information is urged to call 911 or submit an anonymous tip to Greater Kansas City Crime Stoppers.

Kansas City, Missouri, Wellness Court uses childhood dreams, passions to help rebuild lives (kshb.com) — Kansas City’s Municipal Wellness Court is trying a creative approach to rehabilitation by helping participants reconnect with childhood dreams and passions as they work through the legal system. Local nonprofits like ReDiscover and Unity Southeast Church are rushing to find beds, clothing, and mental health support, and they’re asking Kansas Citians to step up with donations and volunteer help right now.
