Water Main Break Causing Delays In Manahawkin: Police

MANAHAWKIN, NJ — A water main break is causing delays and detours in part of Stafford Tuesday afternoon, police said.

The break is in the area of Nautilus Drive and the Ocean Acres School, according to police.

"Drivers will experience delays and detours during the operation which could last up to 8 hours," police said Tuesday afternoon.

Police did not say if any houses would be without water due to the water main break.

"Please plan accordingly and remember this is a residential area so mind your speed to keep our residents safe," police said.
