BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Back-to-school planning has already begun in Bridgewater-Raritan, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day in Bridgewater-Raritan Regional Schools for the 2025-26 school year.
The first day of school for most students in Bridgewater-Raritan is Tuesday, Sept. 2.

- Rosh Hashanah: Sept. 23 - Schools Closed
- Yom Kippur: Oct. 2 - Schools Closed
- Diwali - Oct. 20 - Schools Closed
- NJEA Convention: Nov. 6 to 7 - Schools Closed
- Parent-Teacher Conferences: Nov. 20 and 25 - Primary Schools Only Half Days
- Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 27 and 28 - Schools Closed
- Winter Break: Dec. 23 (Half Day), Dec. 24 through Jan. 2(Closed)
- MLK: Jan. 19 - Schools Closed
- President's Day/Lunar New Year: Feb. 16 and 17 - Schools Closed
- Eid al Fitr - March 20 - Schools Closed
- Spring Recess: March 30 through April 3 - Schools Closed
- Memorial Day - May 25 - Schools Closed
- Last Day Of School: June 18 - Half Day
